Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Warlord MC Minecraft server, website (warlordmc.com), Discord community, and webstore (the “Services”). By connecting to the server, browsing the website, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services, in line with Minecraft’s own age requirements. If you are under the age of majority in your country of residence, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf, and that any purchase made through the webstore was made with their consent.

2. Relationship to Minecraft and Mojang

Warlord MC is an independent, third-party Minecraft server. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation. Your use of Minecraft itself remains subject to the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Microsoft Services Agreement. Warlord MC operates in accordance with Mojang’s Commercial Usage Guidelines, and no purchasable item on this server provides a direct, unfair competitive gameplay advantage.

3. Server Rules and Conduct

All players must follow the server rules published in-game and on our Discord server. We reserve the right to warn, mute, kick, suspend, or permanently ban any player who violates these Terms, the server rules, or engages in conduct that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the community, including but not limited to:

  • Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized modifications to gain an unfair advantage
  • Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of other players or staff
  • Scamming, fraud, or account/item theft within the server economy
  • Attempting to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure
  • Ban evasion through alternate accounts
  • Impersonating staff members

4. Purchases and Virtual Items

Ranks, cosmetics, and other digital items sold through our webstore are virtual goods that exist only within the Warlord MC server. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts unless expressly stated otherwise.

Purchases are processed by Tebex, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions and handles billing, applicable tax (including VAT), and payment security. By making a purchase, you also agree to Tebex’s own terms of service, displayed during checkout.

Items are delivered automatically to the Minecraft username entered at checkout. Please double-check your username before purchasing — we are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect username as a result of buyer error. 5. Refunds and Cancellations

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. Accounts associated with a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback will be permanently suspended from all Warlord MC services, and we reserve the right to pursue recovery of any resulting losses where legally permitted.

7. Account Inactivity

We reserve the right to remove inactive accounts and associated data, including in-game progress, after an extended period of inactivity, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify, add, or remove server features, ranks, perks, or webstore items at any time, including where required to remain compliant with Mojang’s EULA or Commercial Usage Guidelines. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of material changes via the website or Discord.

9. Intellectual Property

All custom plugins, configurations, builds, branding, logos, and website content created by Warlord MC remain our property. Minecraft, and any associated trademarks, are the property of Mojang Studios and Microsoft Corporation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Warlord MC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of in-game progress, items, or data resulting from server downtime, technical failure, or third-party actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence. Where you reside in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights provided by EU and local law, regardless of any other provision in these Terms. For matters not covered by mandatory consumer protection law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced on the website or our Discord server.
