Refund Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
This page explains how refunds, cancellations, and the EU right of withdrawal work for purchases made on the Warlord MC webstore.
1. Nature of Purchases
All items sold on our webstore — including ranks, cosmetics, and other in-game perks — are digital content delivered electronically. They are not supplied on a tangible medium (such as a disc or physical card), and they are delivered to your Minecraft account automatically, typically within seconds of a successful payment.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and, in Hungary, Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.)).
However, this right does not apply automatically to digital content delivered immediately. Under the applicable rules, the right of withdrawal is lost only where both of the following conditions are met:
- You gave your prior, express consent for delivery to begin immediately, before the 14-day period expires; and
- You acknowledged that by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started.
Our webstore is operated through Tebex, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. As part of the standard Tebex checkout process, you are asked to confirm this acknowledgment before completing your purchase. Once you confirm and your item is delivered, your right of withdrawal for that specific purchase ends, as permitted by EU law.
If you believe you did not give this consent, or that an item was not delivered as described, please contact us — see Section 4 below.
3. Faulty or Incorrectly Delivered Items
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal described above does not affect your separate, mandatory legal rights as a consumer regarding goods or digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not delivered as agreed. If a purchased item was not delivered to your account, was delivered incorrectly due to a technical error on our part, or does not function as described on the store page, you are entitled to a fix or a refund regardless of the 14-day period.
We are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect Minecraft username caused by a typo or error made by the buyer at checkout. Please double-check your username carefully before completing a purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue
To request a refund, report a delivery issue, or ask about a specific purchase, contact us at [email protected] with your order ID or transaction reference, the Minecraft username used at checkout, and a description of the issue. Refund requests related to payment processing or billing may also be handled directly through Tebex’s own support channels.
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of approval, in accordance with applicable law.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us first using the details above before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us are treated as a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.
6. Account Suspensions and Bans
Purchases are non-refundable where access to the server is restricted or terminated due to a violation of our server rules or Terms & Conditions. The right of withdrawal described in Section 2 applies only to the purchase transaction itself within the applicable time limits, not to subsequent enforcement action taken in response to rule violations.
